摘要
本文对３０例吸食海洛因患者在１－３ｄ内的戒断期检测了血浆中心钠素（ＡＮＦ）、肾素（ＰＲＡ）、血管紧张素Ⅱ（ＡⅡ）和醛固酮（ＡＬＤ）的浓度变化，结果显示海洛因依赖者上述指标均高于正常人，作者认为，这些变化可能与海洛因对心血管系统的损伤有关。
The atrial natriuretic factor (ANF), plasma renin activity (PRA), an-giotensin -Ⅱ (AⅡ) and aldosteron (ALD) in plasma of the heroin addicts were determined and compared with those of the normal. The results showed that the plasmaconcentration of these subjects of the patients was higher than those of the normal. Weconsidered that these changes were probably due to the effect of heroin on the cardio- vascular system.
