摘要
用Ｖｉｓｕａｌｉｎｅ—ＩＩ快速毒品检测盒（Ｖ—ＩＩ）和气－质联用法（ＧＣ／ＭＳ）对３０例海洛因依赖者进行尿液中吗啡的系统检测。在２０３份尿样中，对比ＧＣ／ＭＳ的结果，Ｖ－ＩＩ阳性率为９５．７％，假阴性率为４３％，假阳性率为３．７％；当尿样中吗啡含量＞１．０ｕｇ·ｍｌ－１时，Ｖ－ＩＩ阳性率为１００％。而对照４０例正常人的尿样检测结果，Ｖ－ＩＩ均呈阴性反应。研究结果表明，Ｖ—ＩＩ的灵敏度和准确性均较高，且具有简便、快捷的特点，是一种比较理想的快速检测工具。
Morphine in 203 urine samples was measured qualitatively by bothVisualine -II test and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry(GC/MS) in 30 cases ofheroin addicts. In comparison with the results of GC/ MS, the Visualine -II's positive rate was 95. 7%, the false negative rate was 4.3% and its false positive rate was3. 7%. Mean while, the positive reaction was revealed in all urine samples when the concentration of morphine was >1.0μg. ml-1. Whereas negative results were observed inall the 40 normal control subjects. Our results showed that Visualine-II was simple andrapid and of higher sensitivity and accuracy. Thus it was a good screening method forclinical practice.
