肝癌P^(53)基因突变与HBxAg关系的免疫组化研究

摘要 本实验对48例石蜡包埋人肝癌和癌旁组织的P^(53)蛋白(突变型)和HBxAg进行了免疫组化(ABC法)检测。结果显示肝癌及其癌旁组织P^(53)蛋白(突变型)和HBxAg阳性率分别为29.2%(14/28)和93.8%(45/18),P^(53)蛋白(突变型)与HBxAg表达不相关(P>0.05),提示HBxAg在P^(53)基因突变中不发挥作用。 Abstract The expression of c-myc mRVA and hepatitis B virus X gene mRNA (HBx mRNA)in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and corresponding non-tumorous liver (VT) tissues from 23 patients had been studied by in situ hybridization (DNA-RNA). The result showed that 11 specimens of HCC and NT were positive for cmyc mRNA and HBx mRNA staining, 5 of HCC and NT were only c-myc mRNA positive,one of HCC and NT was only HBx mRNA positive,6 of HCC and NT were negative for c-myc mRNA and HBx mRNA. The staining of c-myc mRNA was not significantly associated with HBx mRNA in HCC and NT(P>0. 05). It is suggected that HBx mRNA may not have a direct role in the activation of c-myc oncogene.
