摘要
目的评价下肢静脉曲张腔内激光治疗(EVLT)的优势,并与传统手术治疗方法进行比较。方法分析2003年10月至2005年1月太和医院80例采用EVLT及100例采用传统手术方法治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床资料,并对二者进行了比较性研究。结果EVLT组在住院时间、切口长度、手术时间及术中出血量等方面明显少于传统手术组,术后发热、疼痛及皮下硬结的发生率也明显低于传统手术组。结论EVLT组与传统手术组疗效相当,但与传统手术组相比,EVLT组具有手术时间短、微创、出血少、恢复快、无手术疤痕的优点。
Objective To evaluate the advantage of endovenous laser treatment （EVLT） of lower extremity varicose veins vs traditional operation. Methods Of 180 cases of lower extremity varicose, 80 cases were treated by EVLT and 100 cases by traditional operation from Oct. 2003 to Jan. 2005. Results Hospital stay, incisional length, operating time and blood loss during operation were reduced, and the incidence of postoperative fever, pain and searfskin sclerosis were lowered in EVLT group as compared with those in traditional operation group. Conclusion EVLT is a new treatment with the advantages of easy-operalion. effectiveness, minimal invasiveness, less bleeding, fast recovery and no scar comparing with traditional operation, although it has the same effectiveness as traditional operation.
