摘要
从中药红参筛选纯品抗氧化Ⅱ号（ＡＡ_２）治疗血红蛋白Ｈ病１２例，男性７例，女性５例，年龄１０－２４岁，平均１３岁，临床上有轻度至中度贫血，肝肿大者１１例，脾肿大１０例。ＨＢ３４－９５Ｇ／Ｌ，平均７６Ｇ／Ｌ，ＨＢＨ成分０．０５６－０．２３，平均０．１４，红细胞包涵体全部病例为阳性，治疗结果１１例ＨＢ增加１０－２６Ｇ／Ｌ，平均１３．８Ｇ／Ｌ，ＲＢＣ增加（０．１２－０．９７）×１０^（１２）／Ｌ，平均增加０．５６×１０^（１２）／Ｌ，网织红细胞增加（０．０１－０．０７），平均增加０．０４。未观察到毒副作用。
cases of Hb H diseare treated by antioxidant agent Ⅱ has further observed.They were male 7 cases,female 5 and the age were 10-24years,averaging 13,Clinical symptams and signs were anemia and hepatomegaly 11 cases,splenomegaly 10.Hemoglobins were 34-95g/l,averaging 76g/l,and the hemoglobin H 0.05-0.23,averaging 0.4.AA2 were pure product take diliver from red ginseng with traditional Chinese medicinal drugs.Dosage were 250mg of adult,125mg child,oral,twice every day,a course for two months.The result were as follows:hemoglobins and erythrocytes were significant increase.Hernogiobin increase 1-16g/L,averaging 9g/l,erythrocytes(0.2-0.7)×1012/L,averaging 0.36×1012/L,reticulocytes 0.01-0.07,averaging 0.094.Toxic and side-effect aspect were not found in this groups.
