摘要
本文报告8例经病理证实的出血型散发性脑炎，其出血灶主要在皮质，也可在白质，包括血肿、片状和点状出血。本文还讨论了出血型散发性脑炎的临床和病理特征以及鉴别诊断，指出出血部位不能完全解释病人的症状和体征是本病的一个重要特征，也是与其它疾病鉴别的一个主要依据。
In this paper, 8 cases with hemorrhagic sporadic encephalitis ars reported. All of them were confirmed by the histopathological finding. The main hemorrhagic lesions, including intracerebral hematoma, patchy or petechi al hemorrhage, were located in the cortex, though some of them in the white matter. In these cases, one of the important characterstics is that the clinical manifestation can not be explained by the. location of the hemorrhage.
