摘要
针对多级液压缸失效现象,从宏观和微观组织及力学性能等方面进行了测试和分析。结果表明,由于原材料晶粒粗大,导致材料的低温冲击韧度非常低,在偏载和换级时的冲击载荷导致液压缸断裂失效。
The failure of hydraulic pressure cylinders was analyzed and tested by observing macro and micro sturcture, and measuring mechanical properties. The results show that fracture failure is resulted from the coarse grain size of raw materials which causes very low impact toughness at low temperature ; when eccentric loading and impact load stage changing, it leads to the cylinder cracking.
