摘要
研制了一种可用于潮湿、带锈钢铁表面的防锈漆，具有温面固化特性并有较强的带锈能力，在有锈、无锈的钢铁构件的干湿表面上均有良好的施工适应性．涂层力学性能好、附着力强、耐腐蚀性优良，尤其在带锈湿面上耐蚀性突出．
This paper reports the study on antirust paint which is used to the rusty wetted surfaceof steel structure. The measurements show that the paint is adaptable to the both dry andwet,rusty and rustless surface and has good mechanical performance,excellent adhesion andoutstanding corrosion resistance,especially for the rusty wetted surface.
