摘要
本文介绍了真空等离子喷涂（ＶＰＳ）的技术特点，主要叙述了ＺＤＰ－１７００型ＶＰＳ设备真空系统的特点和主要性能。介绍了用ＺＤＰ－１７００型ＶＰＳ设备喷涂的几种典型涂层的性能，并与大气等离子喷涂（ＡＰＳ）涂层性能作了比较，结果表明ＶＰＳ的涂层的性能明显地优于ＡＰＳ的涂层的性能。
AbstractThis paper introduced the features of vacuum plasma spray(VPS) technology, mainl y discri bes the specification and the principal properties of the vacuum system of ZDP-1700 VPS equipment. The properties of some typical coatings sprayed by ZDP-1700 VPS equipment are also introduced and compared with those of coatings sprayed by atmospheric plasma spray (APS) system, and the results show that VPS-ed coatings have higher-performance than APS-ed coatngs.
