摘要
对20例肺癌进行支气管动脉灌注化疗，间隔2周1次、灌注1～4次不等。根据1978年全国抗癌药物会议制定的“肿癌药物疗效评定标准”，近期疗效：部分缓解6例、稳定13例、进展1例。对灌注技术、作用机理及并发症进行讨论。
20 cases of bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy(BAI) with bronchogenic carcinoma were analysed. The short-term effect was as follows : partial remission in 6, stable in 13, and progression in 1 . One to four rimes of infusion were given for each case with an interval of two weeks. Technique, role and complication were discussed.
