摘要
市场经济是一种契约经济,市场经济过程中的人们之间的经济关系应该是一种契约关系。但由于我国社会关系本位的文化特征,我国市场经济体制不断完善的转型过程中,社会关系对社会资源起着非常重要的作用。农村劳动力转移是我国市场经济发展必然出现的一种现象,关系本位的文化特征和我国市场经济体制不完善也决定了我国农村劳动力转移中乡土性社会关系网络对进城劳动力起着主要的支持作用。
Market economy is a contract economy, which bases on people＇s contract relation in their economic activities. Because our culture is characteristic of relation standard, social relation affects resource allocation greatly, however. Market economy develops accompanied by the flow of rural labor forces. In this process, relation standard and non-perfection of market economy system result in rural social relation＇s dominant supporting effect.
