摘要
农业科技进步,直接提高了农产品的产量,改善了品质,并通过创新品种,增加了农产品的附加值,促进了农民增收。但目前农民在科技增收中,存在着农业科技投入不足、农业科技管理体制不顺、研发推广力度不大、园区幅射带动力不强、农民科技素质较低等问题。为了进一步推进农民科技增收,必须以有力的组织为引导,先进适用的技术为支撑,多元化的投资体系为保障,完善的技术推广体系和系统全面的培训为基础,大力推进农业科技进步。
The development of science and technology in agriculture has directly increased the output and improved quality of agricultural products, raised the added value of agricultural products by innovating varieties, and led to the increase of farmers＇ income. In order to increase farmers＇ income by science and technology further, it is necessary to regard powerful organization as a guide, regard advanced and suitable technology as a support, regard diversified investment system as a guarantee, and regard perfect technology promotion system and systematical and complete training as a base, so as to positively promote the advance of science and technology in agriculture.
