摘要
根据可持续发展的内涵,结合我国城市可持续发展的目标,从经济、环境、社会3个领域构建城市可持续发展指标体系,采用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对江苏各城市的可持续发展水平进行综合评价和分类,分析表明江苏13个城市按其可持续发展水平可分四个梯队。针对每一梯队的现状与存在的问题提出相应对策:位于第一梯队的苏州应充分发挥辐射、带动和示范作用;位于第二、第三梯队的南京、无锡、徐州、连云港等城市,应进一步优化产业结构、加强环境保护、充分发挥自身优势(科技、区位、资源),追求经济、环境、社会的高度协调、持续发展;第四梯队的泰州、淮安、宿迁在现阶段则应采取“不平衡发展战略”。
Based on the concept of sustainable development and the goal of cities＇ sustainable development, the paper establishes the indicator system in terms of economy, environment and society. It assesses and classifies the sustainable development levels of the cities in Jiangsu by using principal components and cluster analysis. The analysis shows that the thirteen cities of jiangsu can be classified into four different groups according to their respective development levels. Based on the current situation and problems of each group of cities,it puts forward corresponding advices. Suzhou,which represents the first group, should play a leading and example role. Nanjing, Wuxi,Xuzhou,Lianyungang and so on,which belong to the second and third groups,should improve their industry structures,strengthen environment protection,make full use of their own advantages （science and technology, locations and resources） and pursue a harmonious sustainable development in economy,environment and society. Taizhou, HuMan and Suqian,which are the fourth group,should adopt an unbalanced strategy.
