摘要
研究不同剂量的麦胚黄酮(Flavonoids of Wheat Germ)对高脂血症大鼠血清和肝脏中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、肝体比值以及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)的影响。结果表明,麦胚黄酮可明显地降低大鼠血清和肝脏中TC、TG的含量(P<0.01,P<0.05),提高HDL-C的含量(P<0.01),另外,麦胚黄酮对高脂血症大鼠具有较强的抗氧化作用,能显著降低血清和组织中LPO含量(P<0.01),提高SOD和GSH-Px的活性(P<0.05)。提示,麦胚黄酮具有治疗和预防动脉粥样硬化的作用。
Effects of different dosage flavonoids of wheat germ on indexes of serum and liver for hypedipidemia rats, such as TC, TG, HDL - C, organ to weight ratio, SOD, GSH - Px, and LPO were examined. The results show that flavonoids of wheat germ decreases the contents of TC and TG ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ), increases the content of HDL - C ( P 〈0.01 ) evidently. In addition, flavonoids of wheat germ exhibits remarkable antioxidant function on hyperlipidemia rats, also decreases the contents of LPO in serum and liver ( P 〈 0.01 ), enhances activity of SOD and GSH - Px ( P 〈 0.05 ). It is indicated that flavonoids of wheat germ is effective in prevention and cure of atherosclerosis.
