摘要
目的探讨应用中华长城内固定器械矫正青少年脊柱侧凸畸形的方法和临床疗效。方法应用中华长城内固定器械矫正青少年脊柱侧凸11例,通过比较术前术后的Cobb角及身高的变化进行疗效评价。结果术前Cobb角平均56.3°,术后平均14.6°。身高平均增加6cm。患儿在术后1年均获得满意的脊柱融合,并保留一定的脊柱活动度,术后并发症较少。结论中华长城内固定器械对矫正青少年脊柱侧凸疗效满意,有较好的稳定性。
Objective To investigate the treatment method and effect of Chinese Great Wall pedicle screw system for teenager scoliosis. Methods 11 cases of teenager seoliosis were corrected and fixed with Chinese Great Wall pediele screw system. The effect evaluation was performed with the changes of Cobb angle and height. Results On average, the Cobb angle was corrected from 56.3° preoperatively to 14.6° postoperatively ;The height increased 6 cm. All got satisfactory fusion and reserved certain spinal motion with few complications. Conclusions Chinese Great Wall pedicle screw system ean provide satisfactory correction for teenager seoliosis with good stability.
