摘要
本文报告10例旅行精神病,包括9例国内旅行和1例国外旅行时产生的精神障碍。表现为明显的被害、关系妄想和恐惧、紧张情绪,逃避、冲动行为以及轻度意识障碍。病程短、预后佳。发病可能与性格缺陷、旅途中心理紧张。
This paper reports 10 cases of travel psychosis,of which nine occurred at home and one abroad. The psychotic features are obvious delusion of persecution and reference, auditory hallucination, fear or intense emotion, escaper or impulsive behavior,and mild disturbance of consciousness. The course is ususally brief and prognosis is good. The occurrence of disease may be related to personality defect, extremety fatigue,psychentonia and sleep deprivation at long journey, and barrier or jet lag
