摘要
引入了焊缝超声波探伤的一般程序。在此基础上,针对焊缝缺陷的定量检测时,常规采用半波高度法,其误差较大的情况,本文应用实例,应用端点衍射法对典型的焊接缺陷进行了超声波探伤。并依据检测结果,对缺陷进行了修复与复检,从而提出超声波检测是一种有效的监控焊缝焊接质量的技术。
In this paper, we bring in the general program of ultrasonic testing of welding seam. When we detect the internal defect of the welding seam quantificationally, we often adopt the half wave - height method, but the error is very large. Because of this, we take stand on an instance. In the instance, directing towards the typical defect of the welding seam, we carry out the ultrasonic testing, adopting the endpoint diffraction method. According to the testing result, we carry on the restoration and recheck with the defect. The experiment shows the ultrasonic non - destructive testing is an effective technology for the monitor control of the weld quality.
