摘要
使用Landau-Lifshitz理论分析模拟了平面各向异性非晶铁磁薄膜的磁谱。讨论了薄膜特征参数(饱和磁化强度Ms、阻尼系数α、各向异性常数Hk)在2-18GHz频率下对磁谱的影响。指明了设计宽频薄膜吸收材料的研究方向。
An LandauLifshitz theory based analytic simulation of the initial complex permeability frequency spectra of thin soft ferromagnetic film's with in-plane anisotropy is presented. The influence of the thin films intrinsic parameters under 2 -18GHz frequency, such as saturation magnetization Ms, damping parameter α and anisotropy field Hk, on spectra is discussed. Then give out the research direction of designing broad band wave-absorbing thin film materials.
