摘要
目的研究模拟动物腹部内出血与电阻抗断层成像之间的关系,以便为人体监护提供必要的理论和现实依据。方法实验环境选择在屏蔽室,采用家兔作为实验对象,采用银丝电极皮下缝埋,固定姿势分别向其腹部注入10ml、20ml、30ml、40ml、50ml血液,观察注血量与所呈图像灰度的变化。结果图像的灰度值随注血量的增加而减小。结论图像的灰度值与注血量高度相关。
To research the relation between simulating intraperitoneal bleeding and electrical impedance tomography to ward human body and provide premise in theory and practice. In a Shielded Room, rabbits are chosen as experiment object the silve electrode is sewn under cuffs. Fix rabbits' pose and then inject 10ml, 20ml, 30ml, 40ml, 50ml of blood into their abdomen, observe the injected blood volume and the change of gray level of image. The image monitoring results show the gray levels of images increase with the injected blood volume. Comparing between tbe gray level and the quantity of injeeted blood, we can come to that they have high correction.
