摘要
首先分析了我国高校和国外知名大学在量和质方面的差距,提出大学评价应考虑中国的国情,并针对基础研究和重大科技攻关的评价和激励提出了看法。最后,提出大学应树立科学的发展观。
The quantity and quality gap between Chinese universities and foreign famous universities was analyzed in this paper, and it was thought that the Chinese conditions should be considered when evaluating the universities in China. In addition, the evaluation and stimulation policy for fundamental research and great scientific and technology research were discussed. At last, it is oonsidered that the concept of scientific development should be set up for Chinese universities.
