摘要
污染源管理是现代环境管理中的一个重要组成部分。本文描述了一个基于GIS的城市级污染源管理系统的建立。此系统的突出特点是:1.用简单的方式实现了空间数据和属性数据的结合;2.采用随机记录的方式进行排放纪录,灵活且简便。
Pollution source management is one of important parts of modem environmental management. This paper describes the establishment of Urban Pollution Management System. It has characters as follows： 1.using an easy way to connect the spatial information and attribute information; 2. using random type of records.
