摘要
对工程保证担保的概念、分类、建立的必要性和作用做了简要介绍,阐述了对我国当前工程保证担保制度建立、发展的观点和一些建议。
The concept,classification, establishment necessity and function of engineering surety bond were simply introduced in this paper, the author＇s views and some suggestions for establisment of engineering surety bond system in our country were described.
