摘要
针对黑液波美度直接在线检测仪表价格昂贵的现状,采用软测量技术,通过在线检测差压和温度来间接换算出波美度。文中详细阐述了波美度的软测量模型,给出了模型参数的辨识方法和模型修正方法,介绍了波美度软测量仪表的西门子PLC实现。仪表已经投入使用,测量效果良好。
Aiming at the fact that the direct on-line instrument measuring the degrees Baume of black liquor is very expensive, by means of soft measur ing technique an indirect way to figure out Baume is proposed in this paper by detecting derivative pressure and teraperature of the black liquor on-line.The soft measuring model and the methods for its parameter identification and adjustment are illustrated in detail. The corresponding soft sensor implemented by Siemens PLC is also introduced which has been used in a plant with good results.
