摘要
科技创新能力是衡量一所高校办学水平的重要标准,而经费是其科研事业前进的动力燃料。不同高校因其学科特色而具有不同科研经费结构和水平,经费增长是多种影响因素共同作用的结果。本文从经费角度,对高校科研工作驱动、成果转化实现的影响因素进行了分析。
The ability to carry out academic researches is the most important standard to assess the level of running schools of a university, while the fund of academic research is the accelerator of the development of it. There are different structures of academic research fund in various universities due to their diversified characteristics of specialities, resulting from overall influences from manifold factors. The paper, from the view of the fund, analyzes the influential factors of the motivation of academic research work in colleges and universities and the realization of its achievements.
