摘要
目的研究特重度烧伤并发应激性糖尿病的诊断及防治措施。方法对近5年来收治的特重度烧伤患者,通过连续5天以上的血糖、尿糖检测,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗。结果275例特重度烧伤患者中并发应激性糖尿病者135例。治愈116例,死亡19例。结论特重度烧伤患者在病程中随时可并发应激性糖尿病,因此,监测血糖、尿糖的变化与胰岛素的治疗应有连续性,并注重胰岛素的个体化治疗,直到创面封闭及病情好转。
Objective To study on the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of extra severe burn complicated irritable diabetes. Methods Inspecting the glucose in blood and urine for 5 days continously in patients of extra severe burn which was accepted during recent 5 years, tried to find early, diagnose early and treat early. Results There were 135 cases complicated irritable diabetes in 275 extra severe burn patients, 116 cases were cured, 19 cases dead. Conclusion The extra severe burn patients tend to have complicated irritable diabetes anytime during their duration of illness. Therefore, to supervise and inspect the change of glucose in blood and urine ,and treatment of insulin would be continuing. Also special attention would be paying on individual treatment of insulin until the surface of wound healing and the situation of illness gets better.
