摘要
通过对Ti—3Al—2.5V钛合金焊轧管工艺性试验,主要研究了成型、焊接、冷轧、退火等工序参数对焊缝质量的影响,以及改善焊缝组织形态,使焊缝组织与基体相近,最终焊轧管性能达到同规格无缝管材水平。
Based on the technology testing of the Ti - 3Al -2. 5V alloy welded and rolled pipe,the welded quality which is influenced by such process parameters as the forming,the welding,the rolling and the annealing, is researched, and the weld micro -structure is improved much the same as the base metal, since then, the properties of the welded and rolled pipe are reached to the level of the seamless pipe.
