摘要
目前,焊管生产线中开卷机大多数都是在制动器完全松开的状态下送料,开卷机锥头带着带钢卷旋转的惯量特别大,这就造成当送料速度变慢时,带钢卷在惯性作用下被甩散,影响正常连续生产。本文提出,开卷机的制动器在开卷过程中不是完全松开,而是与制动轮有一定的摩擦力,就可减少或避免散卷现象的发生。
Most uncoilers in pipe welding transport strip steel with brake completely loosing. The inertia of stripsteel coil rotating on the uncoiler cones was so great that the coil was loosed and the regular production wasinterrupted when the transportation speed was reduced. In this paper, loosing coil problem can be reduced oravoided with the brake not completely loosed and a friction existed between braked wheel and the brake.
