摘要
针对评定精铸模料性能指标中存在的一些疑惑或误解,通过实验研究和理论分析指出,对于非晶态树脂基模料不应以熔点(冷却线法或DSC法)或滴点来代表熔化温度,而应以玻璃软化点(环球法)Tsh代表熔化温度;不应以(冻)凝点或固相线温度(冷却线法)代表凝固点,而应以玻璃化点Tg代表凝固点。由冷却曲线法或DSC法测出的凝固温度区间Tl~Ts,实际上只是模料中晶相部分的结晶温度区间,而不代表整个模料的凝固温度区间,Tsf~Tg才是它的凝固温度区间。
Solidification range of resin based pattern waxes for I/C process has been studied by test ing and theoretical analysis. The present work indicated that softening temperature (Tsf) of the resin based pattern waxes can be used to express their melting temperature, and glass transition point (T.) is taken as solidfication temperature. The range (T,-T.) mesured by thermoanalysis or DSC methods is crystallization interval, while T.f-Tg is solidification range.
