摘要
在市场经济体制下,我国的旅游业应该采用何种发展模式,是“市场主导型”还是“政府主导型”?这不仅是专家、学者们争议的问题,也是业内人士普遍关心的事情。在对我国旅游业传统发展模式作了简要回顾的基础上,从“国情”和“战略需求”两个方面,对“政府主导型”的理论依据以及为何要“坚持”与“完善”的理由分别进行了阐述。
What kind of pattern of development should we adopt in tourism, Market as Dominant Factor or Government as Dominant Factor, under the market economy system？ It is not only a matter of dispute among economists, but aiso a matter of concern for the people in tourism circle. This treatise, first reviews the traditional mode of development in China＇s tourism, then, tries to discu~ the theoretical foundation of the Mode of Government as Dominant Factor over both points on the practical situation of our country and the stratagem of tourism development, as well as the why of persistence and perfection of the pattern of development of Government as Dominant Factor in China＇s tourism industry.
