摘要
针对IT项目的风险管理与决策过程中存在大量不确定、不完全信息等特征,论文在传统决策方法的基础上,将智能决策支持系统(IDSS)引入到IT项目的风险管理中,提出了IT项目风险智能决策支持系统(ITIDSS)的基本构架。并借助粗糙集的原理与方法,通过实例分析,探讨了ITIDSS中关于知识表达、属性约简、规则挖掘等信息获取与知识推理的算法,尤其是引入了有效规则权重的概念与计算方法,从而对整个决策规则挖掘的算法进行了简化和改进。
Aiming at the imprecision and uncertainty of risk factors,this paper analyzes the basic characters of IT project,and points out the problems existing in the traditional DSS.For this reason,the Intelligent Decision Support System(IDSS) is introduced into risk management of IT project,and the basic frame of ITIDSS is put forward.With the rough set theory,the main processes of knowledge reasoning such as attributes reduction and rules mining are discussed,especially introducing the concept of effective rule weight,so the algorithm of rules reduction and mining is optimized and ameliorated.
