摘要
在棉花组织培养中存在着广泛的无性系变异,概括起来可分为3类:植株水平上的变异、细胞水平上的变异和分子水平上的变异。棉花体细胞无性系变异具有变异广泛、变异频率高、后代稳定快等特点。选育优良新品种(系)、创造优异新种质等是体细胞无性系变异在棉花品种改良上的主要应用。该文指出了这一生物技术目前存在的主要问题,展望了该技术将来的发展方向。
Extensive somaclonal variation exists in tissue culture of cotton,it can be summarized as folliws phenotypic variation,chromosome variation andgene mutation,Extensiveniss highrate and quick stability in the progeny are the characteristics of cotton somaclonal variation,The breeding of fine varieties or strains,the creation of fine new species are the major application of cotton somaclonal variation,In addition,this paper points out the present existing problems inbiotechniques and presents a prospect of the future developing direction.
