摘要
本文从饲料香味剂的种类与成分、饲料香味剂的作用、饲料香味剂在畜禽养殖与水产养殖中的应用等方面对饲料香味剂在我国的研究与应用进行了综述，并对饲料香味剂的应用前景进行了展望。
This article reviews some aspects of the sorts,the compositions and the actionsof feed flavour,and its application on livestock,poultry farming and aquariculture in China.
