摘要
本文结合工程经验和相关资料,分析了变形引起混凝土裂缝产生的原因,找出了温度变化和体积收缩是混凝土产生裂缝的主要原因。在此基础上,从控制温度、改进设计和施工操作工艺、改善混凝土性能、减少约束条件等方面入手,提出了一系列控制措施用来防止温度裂缝和收缩裂缝的产生。
Unifying the project experience and the correlative data, this article analyzed the reason that the distortion caused the concrete crack, discovered the temperature change and the volume contraction are main reason for the concrete crack. In this foundation, a series of controls measure used for prevented the temperature crack and contraction crack is proposed from the temperature control, the design improvement, construction techniques improvement, the concrete performance improvement, restraint condition reduction and so on.
