摘要
当前,随着“以人为本”理念的逐步深入,高校图书馆的服务模式正在转变。在服务过程中,高校图书馆加大了心理性服务力度,并且由对硬件的过份强调转化为对图书馆内部“软件”的重视。
Presently, with a further understanding of the idea ot “humanism” , the service models in College library are being transformed. In the course of offering service, college library highlights the psychological service and performs the transformation from the overemphasis of the hardwares to the serious consideration of the interior “softwares” .
