电极材料对脉冲放电产物一氧化氮的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 用铝、黄铜、不锈钢、钼、钨和石墨等材料分别制作了相同尺寸的针、板电极,用负脉冲电弧放电装置研究了材料对放电产物NO气体体积分数的影响。实验结果显示,电极材料对NO、NO2气体体积分数和NO2/NO比值有一定影响。故用脉冲电弧放电产生医用NO气体时,可以通过对电极材料的选择与组合,来降低脉冲电弧放电过程中产生的NO2体积分数。 The study on the medical applications of nitric oxide is being of interest in recent years. Pulsed arc discharge in non-uniform electric field is a kind of effective method for the production of NO. In this paper, the needle and the plate electrodes with the same size are made of brass, stainless steel, molybdenum, tungsten and graphite respectively. The effects of the electrodes materials on the concentrations of the productions of NO and NO2 is investigated by experiments. The results show that the concentrations of productions of NO and NO2 are greatly effected by the electrodes material. Therefore, the effect of electrode materials on the concentrations of NO and NO2 and the ratios of NO2/NO must be considered in the process of producing inhaled nitric oxide by pulsed arc discharge. The control of the concentrations of NO and NO2 could be realized by the choosing and combination of electrodes made of various materials.
