摘要 运动灵感在运动训练及竞技比赛中日益显示出其巨大的作用。运动灵感的产生有其本身的基本特征和内在发生机制,运动灵感在发生过程中具有突发性、独创性、突破性及模糊性等特点,它是内隐认知自动化加工的结果,是以无意识为中介的脑功能模块的组装。因此,对灵感的诱发及捕捉应遵循一定的客观规律。 Exercise inspiration played more and more important roles in athletic training and competition. The occurrence of exercise inspiration has it's own basic characteristics and internal mechanism ,which has the nature of suddenness, originality, breakthrough and vagueness. It was the result of automatic processing of implicit cognition, and was the combination of brain function modules unconsciously. Therefore,the inducement and catching of exercise inspiration should follow certain objective law.
