复方甘草酸苷治疗湿疹50例近期疗效观察 被引量：23

摘要 目的观察复方甘草酸苷治疗湿疹的临床疗效及不良反应。方法实验组予复方甘草酸苷80ml加入10%葡萄糖液250ml中1次/d静滴,对照组服用强的松15mg,2次/d,均连用4周后判效。结果实验组有效率为86.0%,对照组为88.0%,二者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。实验组无不良反应发生,对照组6例出现体重增加。结论复方甘草酸苷是一种治疗湿疹疗效确切、安全理想的药物。
