摘要
以战斗类飞机和运输类飞机主起落架为例,通过飞行实测获得起落架在实际工作过程中的载荷-时间历程(即实测载荷谱),并利用M iner准则对其疲劳寿命进行了估算。计算结果表明:战斗类飞机和运输类飞机起落架在着陆滑行段所造成的损伤分别占各自总损伤的75%以上和60%以上,运输类飞机在着陆瞬间撞击对起落架所造成的损伤约占总损伤的40%。通过分析战斗类飞机和运输类飞机的起落架疲劳损伤特点,为其可靠性设计和结构优化设计等提供了重要依据。
Taking the main landing gears of fighter and transport airplane as example, the fatigue life was estimated by means of the Miner' s rule and the spectrum of the real measurement. The computed results show that the landing damage of the fighter and transport airplane is of 75% and 60% of the total damage, and the landing damge of the landing load of the transport airplane is of 40% of the landing gears damage. The fatigue damage properties can provide important information for the reliability design and the structural optimization.
