自重作用下气浮台伞型平台结构的有限元分析 被引量:2

Finite element analysis on a umbrella style platform of the air bearing table

摘要 根据刚体姿态运动理论和弹性力学薄板弯曲理论,利用有限元法对在水平位置及旋转一定欧拉角时气浮台平台由于重力作用而产生的最大弹性变形及质心弹性位移进行了计算。对变形结果分析表明平台质心弹性位移及变形与偏航角无关,平台壳体的弯曲刚度及侧面斜梁的刚度度直接影响到平台的质心弹性位移。提出了减小平台质心偏移的措施。 The displacement of mass center and maximum distortion of the platform effeeted by gravity when the platform was in the horizontal position and tilted in some eulerian angle were calculated by finite element methods, according to the theory of rigid body attitude kinematics and bending of thin plates of theory of elasticity. The results indicate the displacement of mass center and the deformation of the platform are independent of the change of the angle of precession. The bending stiffness of plates and the stiffness of outside girders of the platform influence the elastic displacement of mass center. The measures for reducing this displacement are presented.
