摘要
用热分析法(DTA)研究了纳米金属和复合金属粉(Cu,N i,A l,N iCu,N iCuB,N iB)对AP/HTPB推进剂热分解的影响。结果表明,纳米金属和复合金属粉对HTPB推进剂的热分解具有明显的催化作用。纳米铜粉使AP/HTPB推进剂的低温和高温热分解温度分别降低了51.6℃和33.6℃,DTA表观分解热增大为3.7kJ.g-1,催化效果十分显著。纳米铜粉和含铜的纳米复合金属粉(N iCu和N iCuB)的催化效果强于其他纳米金属粉。纳米金属粉主要通过催化AP/HTPB推进剂中AP的热分解,表现出对HTPB推进剂具有较好的催化效果。
The thermal decomposition characteristics of AP/HTPB propellant in the presence of metal and composite metal nanopowders (Cu,Ni,Al,NiCu,NiCuB,NiB) were studied by DTA. The result shows that metal and composite metal nanopowders have good catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition of AP/HTPB propellant. Cu nanopowder decreased the first and second thermal decomposition temperature of AP/HTPB propellant by up to 51.6℃ and 33.6℃ respectively, and the DTA heat release was increased to 3.7kJ · g^-1 , showing obviously catalytic effect. The catalytic effect of Cu and composite nanopowders mingled with Cu is larger than other metal nanopowders. By catalyzing thermal decomposition of AP, metal nanopowders show good catalyzing effect on thermal decomposition of AP/HTPB propellant.
