钛酸锶钡陶瓷中的吸收电流

摘要 用常规固相反应法制备了Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3(BST)陶瓷样品。用时域方法,测得样品的快效应介电常数εrH=672.5,慢效应介电常数εrL=1.183×104。结果表明,样品的极化过程中慢效应起着主要作用。研究了样品在正弦外电压作用下通过的电流,发现它主要是不遵从RLC电路方程的慢极化效应所提供的吸收电流,其幅值与位移电流的幅值相近。这时的复介电常数的意义成为存在争议的复杂问题。 Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction using conventional ceramic method. The slow polarization effect εrL= 1.183 ×10^4 and fast polarization effect εrH= 672.5 were measured by time domain measurement method and the results show that slow effect is the dominance effect in the sample. The current flowing though the sample under the action of sinusoidal voltage is investigated and the experiment show that the absorbing current to be caused by the motion of slow polarization effect that do not obey RLC circuit equation is mainly current in the sample. Therefore, the physical of complex dielectric constant turned to be complex problem worthy of further discussion.
