摘要
总结了川维厂三套甲醇装置长期运转中原料气组成和粗醇中杂质、结蜡及使用寿命之间的关系。要减少杂质含量和延长催化剂使用寿命,除需要充分注意原料气中R值之外,还需注意CO/CO2之比值和CO2的含量。由此提出了各装置原料气之间相互调配的优化方案。
The relation between the composition of feedstock gas and the impurities in crude product, wax formation and catalyst life in methanol synthesis is summarized from the long running practice of the units of Sichuan Vinylon Works. To reduce the impurities and prolong the catalyst life, it is necessary to pay attention to the R ratio(H2- CO2/CO+ CO2), CO/CO2 ratio and CO2 content. An scheme is put forward to optimize the feedstock gases through properly distributing the gases from three methanol units.
