摘要
以-αAl2O3为基本原料采用压制成型制备出七筋车轮状载体,考察了-αAl2O3球磨时间、造孔剂和焙烧温度对载体性能的影响。采用La、Al改性载体和浸渍法制备出了天然气高温蒸汽转化组合催化剂。物性测试和活性评价结果表明,所研制的该组催化剂具有强度高、耐高温和耐水热处理性能好的特点和良好的天然气高温转化活性和稳定性,具有良好的工业应用前景。
The high-temperature natural gas steam reforming catalysts using α-Al2O3 roasted in very high temperature as support and rare-earth as modifier are prepared and evaluated. The results show that the series catalysts have high strength, high reforming activity, good stability, and excellent resistance to thermal shock. These catalysts have good practical prospect.
