摘要
制备了用于甲醇水蒸气重整制氢的Cu/Zn/Al和Cu/Zn/Al/Ce系列催化剂,考察了不同组成、不同的催化剂制备方法、反应温度等因素对催化剂性能的影响,对催化剂前体进行了热分析,对部分焙烧后催化剂进行了X射线衍射分析。结果表明:铜基催化剂对甲醇水蒸气重整制氢反应有较好的活性和选择性,合适的组成是Cu∶Zn∶Al的原子质量百分比为47.5∶47.5∶5,在210℃的转化率达到100%;铈的添加对Cu/Zn/Al催化剂的低温活性有较大的提高,1%的铈使Cu60Zn30Al10在210℃的转化率从85.9%提高到97.6%;并流共沉淀法和热分解法制备的催化剂都具有较好的催化性能。
A series of Cu/Zn/Al and Cu/Zn/Al/Ce catalysts were tested to prepare hydrogen by steam reforming of methanol (MSR). Catalyst compositions and preparation methods as well as reaction temperatures were investigated. The results show that the Cu-based catalysts has rather high activity and selectivity. The addition of cerium has a good promotion to the activity of Cu/Zn/Al catalysts. The catalysts that are prepared by coprecipitation and thermal decomposition have good catalytic performances and are suitable for MSR.
