酸性溶液中Fe(Ⅲ)离子浓度对烟道气脱硫的影响 被引量:3

摘要 用鼓泡反应器研究了Fe(Ⅲ)离子与S(Ⅳ)氧化物之间的反应。证明Fe(Ⅲ)离子催化氧化SO2的反应速度与Fe(Ⅲ)离子浓度并非是正相关,而是存在一个最佳脱硫率的Fe(Ⅲ)离子摩尔浓度(CFe(Ⅲ)T=0.13mol/L)。随着反应时间的增加,脱硫率不断下降。随着O2含量的上升,S(Ⅳ)的氧化速率也随着增加。 The reaction between Fe(Ⅲ ) ion and S( Ⅳ ) oxides was studied using bubbling reactor. The result showed that there is not a positive correlation between the rate of Fe(Ⅲ ) ion catalytic oxidation of SO2 and the concentration of the Fe(Ⅲ) ion. However, there is an optimum rate of desulphurization when the concentration of iron(Ⅲ) ion is 0.13 mol/L. The rate of desulphurization was dropped with the reaction time. The oxidative rate of S(Ⅳ) was increased with the increase of oxygen.
