摘要
本文介绍了宝钢连铸的生产情况和提高生产能力的具体措施，连铸的产量超过设计能力２０％。在增产的同时铸坯的质量也出现了一些缺陷，文章分析了这些缺陷产生的原因，并提出了一些解决办法，使板坯的无清理率达９０％以上。
The concrete measures for enhancing the production capacity and the achievement of the continuous casting of Bao Steel are described.The annual production has increased by 20% higher than its designed capability.Meanwhile,the reasons for the defects arising in slabs are analysed,and some solutions to which are put forward.As a result of the production practice,the non scarf rate of slabs is up to 90% and over.
