Designing of Train Air Pressure Wireless Monitor System

摘要 针对目前列车风压检测中普遍采用的人工检测的方法所存在的漏检等问题,采用TDX-2000无线数传模块,设计并研制了一种新型的便携式风压监测系统,实现了多个移动风压监测仪与数据中心的信息交换.实际使用表明,该系统运行稳定,相对误差由人工测量的5%提高到0.1%,检漏可靠性达到98%,减少了人工检测所带来的安全隐患. In order to solve the problems such as undetected errors in the manual inspection widely used in train air pressure detection, this essay discusses and designs a new type of Portable Train Air Pressure Monitor System, which actualizes data exchange between Mobile Air Pressure Monitor Instruments and Data Center using wireless data transceiver TDX-2000. The practical use shows that the system functions stably, with the relative error rate rising from 5% at manual measuring to 0.1% and the reliability of leakage detecting reaching 98%, thus decreases the safety hidden trouble brought by manual detecting.
