摘要
介绍了一种支持视频实时采集、编码和传输的网络实时视频服务器。服务器基于嵌入式Linux系统,采用H.263视频编码技术和RTP/RTCP传输协议。给出了服务器软件的总体结构以及图像采集、格式转换、H.263编码和RTP协议传输4个功能模块的实现,并对系统进行了测试和实验。实验结果表明,系统在保证传输质量的同时具有良好的带宽适应能力。
This paper presents a real-time video server supporting video capturing, encoding and transporting. The server is based on embedded Linux, and featured by H.263 encoding technology and RTP/RTCP transporting protocol. After an introduction to the organization of the system, the paper gives the implementation of four functional modules including video capturing, format converting, H.263 encoding and RTP transporting. Experiment results indicate that the system can adapt to various bandwidth while guarantees video quality.
