摘要
本文探讨了超硬材料刀具加工工程陶瓷的可行性,介绍了不应用情况和切削机理.氮化硅是最难加工的陶瓷,本文指出,可用PCBN刀具加热切削的方法进行加工。实践表明,利用超硬材料刀具,可以实现工程陶瓷的高质量、高效率、低成本切削加工。
