中部崛起是我国在经济全球化大背景下发挥国民经济的整体效应以提升综合国力与国际竞争力的一项重大举措和宏大工程。在这一过程中,界清政府职能、构建政府生态系统是其成功与否的关键。
Middle emerging is one great action and mighty project of our country to develop whole effect of national economy, to promote overall national strength and international competitiveness under the background of economic globalization. In this course, it is of key importance to distinguish government＇s functional positioning and to construct government ecosystem.
